Our wild harvested Blue Mallee Eucalyptus has a strong, sweet aromatic fragrance. For eons, the Australian Aborigine has used Eucalyptus for its antiseptic and healing properties. The Blue Mallee, in particular, has the highest concentration of cineole. Cineole is the main constituent of eucalyptus and is a remarkable compound which gives the eucalyptus its strong and well researched therapeutic properties. Wonderful for diffuser use, inhaling steam with a few drops for clearing sinuses or in a hot bath. Eucalyptus may also be beneficial for
- chest congestion and breathing,
- cold sores,
- wound disinfecting,
- breath freshener
- bug repellent.
PLEASE NOTE: This essential oil is pure and of the highest quality and concentration and does NOT contain carrier oils (carrier oils, such as fractionated coconut oil, are inert oils designed to dilute and reduce cost). This means you use less oil and for greater benefit.
